Yes. Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is embedded into every FORXA program. Through engaging, hands-on activities, students develop essential life skills such as confidence, teamwork, leadership, communication, problem-solving, emotional regulation, respect, empathy, and resilience. Our programs create positive learning environments where students are encouraged to collaborate, overcome challenges, build meaningful relationships, and develop the skills needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Yes. The safety of our students is our highest priority. All FORXA staff meet district and state compliance requirements before working on any school campus. This includes DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance, background checks, TB clearance, Mandated Reporter training, and all district-required compliance training. Site Leads and designated leadership staff are also certified in CPR and First Aid. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and accountability in every program we provide.

Yes. FORXA uses a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and collaborates with school staff to provide accommodations, differentiated instruction, and inclusive programming for all students.

Yes. FORXA provides all of the equipment, technology, curriculum materials, and instructional supplies needed for each program. Depending on the selected enrichment program, we supply items such as virtual reality headsets, drones, iPads, Chromebooks, MIDI keyboards, drum pads, robotics equipment, sound systems, art materials, and other specialized resources. Schools typically only need to provide an appropriate classroom or activity space, while FORXA handles the rest.

Yes. FORXA provides comprehensive Expanded Learning services that include before-school and after-school programs, summer camps, intersession and Saturday programs, school-day enrichment, assemblies, specialized academies, and family engagement events. We work closely with school districts to develop flexible programming that meets the needs of their students, families, and school communities while delivering engaging, high-quality educational experiences year-round.
